There are a handful of blogs I read every day. I truly look forward to seeing what these bloggers, photographers, and event planners post, and this week there have been a number of posts that have made it onto my favorites list. In order to tie your week together with a bow, I thought I would share them with you in case you’re looking for a fun weekend read (or a new blog to follow)!

Emily is one of my favorite photographers (she’s based in Chapel Hill, NC!), and she is giving away the sweet print above by Craft & Candor complete with my favorite lyric from The Lunineers. Make sure you enter here because it closes on Monday!
The College Prepster:
I’m a pretty fierce networker if I do say so myself. I used to be really, really shy (sometimes I still am!), but now I’m not afraid to introduce myself to new friends or professionals I’d love to get to know. This post from Carly Heitlinger (aka: The College Prepster) has great tips on how to network.

This post was the best surprise yesterday because I worked this wedding with my friend Katherine of Katherine Miller Events. Alyson and Brian are two of the most fun and genuine people, and their wedding was filled with a perfect fall palette and Kate Spade style for days. I will never forget their last dance of the night with their friends and family to “Shout!” They didn’t want the night to end, and honestly, neither did I. : )
I have a thing for About pages and backstories. I love listening to how people arrived at their current position in life and business, and I’ve loved reading Rhi’s story. She’s one of the most creative event planners, and one of my favorite people to follow on Instagram. There’s so much more that I want to say about my new Events & Styling tabs, but Rhi mentions why she added them in this week’s part of her story.

I cannot watch the movie “Up”. I watched it once, and I sobbed. However, I love balloons and this engagement session on HLW caused my mom to call me to say how much she loved it. I can’t help but agree. Neither one of us can pick a favorite photo! PS: I also loved seeing Kylie’s wedding (she owns Rekindled Vintage Rentals!) on HLW last week.

Be sure to pop over and see Arden + Adam’s engagement session, which was captured by Elizabeth of Nancy Ray Photography. These two are so full of love and joy!
Happy weekend, friends!
P.S: I’m attending the Alt for Everyone online conference, and it’s awesome. Hi to anyone stopping by for the first time! : )
